RETURNS
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.
REFUNDS
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of returns due to damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Spicer Cart.
